Absolutely. We encourage visitors to embrace the atmosphere.
Yes. While the fest explores all things Halloween, it is a welcoming, family friendly event. Some information or the haunted house experience may be frightening and may not be suitable for children with a sensitive disposition, tends to suffer nightmares of is afraid of the dark. All children must be accompanied by an Adult.
Adults (18+): $15.00
Concession: $13.00
Children (5-17): $10.00
Infants (4yrs & under): Free
Companion Card Holder: Free
Concession tickets are available for eligible card holders. Please have your valid concession card ready to present at the door.
Companion Card holders are admitted free when accompanying a valid ticket holder. Please have your Companion Card ready to present at the door.
Staggered entry times helps us manage visitor numbers and crowd control to enable everyone with the best experience. Simply arrive any time within your selected entry window. Once your inside, you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
No. You can load your online e-ticket on your mobile device for scanning, or you can print your ticket and present a hard copy at entry.
No. All tickets are non-refundable.
If tickets are available. We encourage you to purchase tickets well in advance of your arrival to ensure you don’t miss out.
Yes, prams and strollers are welcome. Please note the event may become busy throughout the day and some areas of the venue may become crowded making it difficult to navigate during peak periods. Please consider this when manoeuvring around the venue and please be considerate to others.
Yes. All entry and exits are wheelchair accessible.
Yes. We will have a variety of food vendors available on the day.
Yes. We encourage you to take lots of photographs and make sure you tag #halloweenfesttas in all your HALLOWEEN FEST snaps on social media and we will share our favourites.
